Content Submission Agreement for ODD Golf

Effective Date: May 23, 2026

By submitting videos, images, audio, text, or other media (“Submitted Content”) to ODD Golf (“ODD Golf,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the terms of this Content Submission Agreement (“Agreement”).

If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit content to ODD Golf.

1. Eligibility & Authority

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; or
  • You are the parent or legal guardian of the content owner and are authorized to act on their behalf; and
  • You have full legal authority to submit the Submitted Content and grant the rights described in this Agreement.

2. Ownership & Permissions

You retain ownership of your original Submitted Content.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • The Submitted Content belongs to you, or you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights to submit it;
  • The Submitted Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party;
  • Any identifiable individuals appearing in the Submitted Content have granted any permissions or releases required for use of the Submitted Content;
  • The Submitted Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for the Submitted Content you provide.

3. License Grant

By submitting Submitted Content to ODD Golf, you grant ODD Golf a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

  • Use
  • Reproduce
  • Edit
  • Modify
  • Adapt
  • Crop
  • Translate
  • Dub
  • Narrate
  • Publish
  • Display
  • Perform
  • Distribute
  • Monetize
  • Promote
  • Create derivative works from

the Submitted Content across all current and future media formats, technologies, platforms, and promotional channels.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • YouTube videos
  • Social media platforms
  • Shorts and vertical video formats
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Sponsored content
  • Promotional materials
  • Merchandise
  • Streaming platforms
  • Television and digital media distribution
  • AI-assisted editing systems
  • Automated clipping technologies
  • Machine-learning systems
  • Future media technologies

This license survives removal requests, account termination, or discontinuation of use of the website.

4. Editing & Modification Rights

You acknowledge and agree that ODD Golf may:

  • Edit or shorten Submitted Content;
  • Add or remove music, sound effects, commentary, captions, subtitles, translations, or voiceovers;
  • Blur faces or identifying information;
  • Add logos, watermarks, overlays, graphics, branding, or advertisements;
  • Reformat Submitted Content for horizontal, vertical, short-form, or platform-specific formats;
  • Combine Submitted Content with other content, compilations, promotions, or advertisements.

ODD Golf is under no obligation to use Submitted Content in its original form.

5. Publicity Rights

You grant ODD Golf the right to use your:

  • Name
  • Username
  • Social media handle
  • Voice
  • Image
  • Likeness
  • Biographical information

in connection with the Submitted Content and for promotional, advertising, marketing, and editorial purposes.

ODD Golf will make reasonable efforts to credit creators when possible but does not guarantee attribution in every instance.

6. Compensation

Submission of content does not guarantee:

  • Publication
  • Review
  • Feature placement
  • Credit
  • Compensation
  • Royalties
  • Revenue sharing

Creators are not entitled to payment unless expressly agreed to in writing by ODD Golf.

7. Content Standards & Restrictions

You may not submit content that includes:

  • Copyrighted broadcasts or televised tournament footage;
  • Ripped livestreams or rebroadcasts;
  • Copyrighted commentary or unauthorized audio;
  • Copyrighted music without permission;
  • Dangerous stunts or reckless behavior performed for the purpose of being featured;
  • Illegal activity;
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech;
  • Explicit, discriminatory, or offensive material;
  • Trespassing or unlawful conduct.

Personally recorded footage captured on a submitter’s personal device at tournaments or public events may be permitted, provided it does not violate third-party rights or restrictions.

ODD Golf reserves the right to reject, remove, mute, edit, demonetize, restrict, or refuse any Submitted Content at its sole discretion.

8. Moral Rights Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights, rights of attribution, integrity, approval, or inspection relating to the Submitted Content and ODD Golf’s use, editing, modification, or presentation of it.

9. AI & Future Technologies

You acknowledge and agree that ODD Golf may use Submitted Content in connection with:

  • AI-assisted editing tools;
  • Automated clipping systems;
  • Machine-learning technologies;
  • Future media processing technologies;
  • Content categorization and optimization systems.

10. Storage & Retention

ODD Golf may store Submitted Content and related submission information indefinitely.

ODD Golf is under no obligation to maintain, preserve, return, or provide copies of Submitted Content.

11. Removal Requests

ODD Golf may review content removal requests on a case-by-case basis but is under no obligation to remove previously licensed, published, distributed, or promoted content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ODD Golf from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your Submitted Content;
  • Your violation of this Agreement;
  • Claims that the Submitted Content infringes third-party rights;
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent submissions;
  • Violations of law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODD Golf shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages;
  • Incidental damages;
  • Consequential damages;
  • Lost profits;
  • Reputation damage;
  • Loss of data;
  • User-generated content disputes;
  • Third-party claims.

Submission of content is done at your own risk.

14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Colorado, United States.

You agree to waive:

  • The right to a jury trial;
  • Participation in class-action lawsuits;
  • Consolidated legal proceedings.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to This Agreement

ODD Golf may update or revise this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued submission of content constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
